All leases are by-the-bed and per person, on an individual lease agreement. Studio or 1-bed spaces with double occupancy, plus more extensive floor plans with two bedrooms or more, will be shared apartments with multiple leaseholders.
A guarantor acts as a co-signer and financial supporter of the lease contract. This person will need to meet the income and credit requirements from the qualifications above to be approved.
Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours.
Student loans cannot be used as qualifying income for applicants.
